Why the validation matters
Structured data is how Google reads what a page is: a product with a price and stock status, an article with an author and date, a business with hours. When it's present and valid, pages qualify for rich results, the price, rating and availability details that appear directly in search listings.
Most generators hand you markup whether or not it's complete. Missing a required field, like offers on a Product or datePublished on an Article, means Google silently ignores the block. SchemaForge checks the required fields for each type first and refuses to generate broken output, so what you paste is what Google will actually use.
Paste the block inside your page's <head>, then confirm with Google's Rich Results Test. On Shopify, the usual home is theme.liquid or the relevant section template.
